Burnham Bash 35

Another nice day, sunny and warm with a bit of a South breeze.  Unfortunately my latest medication for the cough of the century states that sunlight must be avoided.  Hunted out and found my long cycling shorts. With those, and a long sleeved top on, kept out of the sun but felt a bit overdressed.  Went out with one of the Old Gits, Andy, for company this morning

MacMillan Day

Macmillan Cancer Support is one of Britain's largest charities and provides specialist health care, information and financial support to people affected by cancer.  It is run by supporters, professionals, volunteers and campaigners. It was started in 1911 by Douglas Macmillan after the death of his father from cancer. One of its biggest annual events is the World's Biggest Coffee morning held at the end of September. That is what these volunteers were up to in Burnham on Sea.  Happy to donate to such a worthy cause

Good ride out this morning, covered just over 35 miles.
